DVD ORDER FORM

If you are interested in purchasing a professionally recorded DVD of this year's production, please print and complete the DVD form below. All forms and payment must be turned in by Thursday, February 14th.

TECH WEEK SCHEDULE

Sunday 2/10 - Madeira High School

  • Transportation - You are responsible for your own transportation arrangements to & from MHS
  • Food - Students may bring water & a non-messy snack; lunch will not be provided
  • 10:30am - All alumni crew are called to assist with set-up & run through details with Van. If you are available to help earlier, Van is arriving around 9:30.
  • 12:00 - Alumni crew will break for lunch
  • 1:30pm - ALL crew & cast are called to walk through the show
  • 4:30pm - Everyone is dismissed


Monday 2/11 - Madeira High School, 3:15pm - 7:30pm

  • Transportation - We will *carpool the kids to MHS.
  • Food - **Organized meal will be spaghetti, meatballs, breadstick, & salad
  • 3:15pm - Arrive at MHS
  • 3:30pm - Eat organized meal or packed food
  • 4:00pm - Cast begin getting into costumes; Crew report to the stage
  • 5:00pm - Rehearsal begins
  • 7:00pm - Notes, kids out of costumes, clean-up
  • 7:30pm - Everyone is dismissed


Tuesday 2/12 - St. Gertrude Parish Center, 3:15pm - 7:30pm

Transportation - Everyone will walk over with the chaperones

Food - **Organized meal will be walking tacos, spanish rice, & carrots with ranch dressing

3:15pm - Arrive at parish center

3:30pm - Eat organized meal or packed food

4:00pm - Begin working on hair, make-up, costume issues, & rehearsing the show

7:00pm - Notes, clean-up

7:30pm - Everyone is dismissed


Wednesday 2/13 - Madeira High School, 3:15pm - 7:30pm

  • Transportation - We will *carpool the kids to MHS.
  • Food - **Organized meal will be LaRosa‚Äôs pizza, apple slices, & go-gurts
  • 3:15pm - Arrive at MHS
  • 3:30pm - Eat organized meal or packed food
  • 4:00pm - Cast begin doing hair, applying make-up, & getting into costumes; Crew report to the stage
  • 5:00pm - Rehearsal begins & pictures will be taken this night
  • 7:00pm - Notes, kids out of costumes, clean-up
  • 7:30pm - Everyone is dismissed


Thursday 2/14 - Madeira High School, 3:15pm - 7:30pm

  • Transportation - Parents are responsible for transportation to MHS since school is dismissed at 1:30pm
  • Food - **Organized meal will be chicken tenders (from TenderTown), mac & cheese, oranges, & grapes
  • 3:30pm - Arrive at MHS if eating organized meal
  • 3:50pm - Arrive at MHS if you plan to eat at home
  • 4:00pm - Cast begin doing hair, applying make-up, & getting into costumes; Crew report to the stage
  • 5:00pm - Rehearsal begins
  • 7:00pm - Notes, kids out of costumes, clean-up
  • 7:30pm - Everyone is dismissed


Friday 2/11 - Madeira High School, 1:30pm - 4:30pm

  • Transportation - Parents are responsible for transportation to & from MHS
  • Food - Students may bring water; no food will be provided
  • 1:30pm - Arrive at MHS, Cast begin getting into costumes & Crew report to stage
  • 2:00pm - Rehearsal begins
  • 4:00pm - Notes, kids out of costumes, clean-up
  • 4:30pm - Everyone is dismissed
